Jessica The food in this diet looks absolutely delicious. I have never been one to diet because I value my taste buds way too much. That and I was blessed with a wonderful metabolism. Looking at this site made me hungry and want to buy the cookbook just so I could try all of the recipes. I'm sure there is something that makes all the recipes special, otherwise I would be in my kitchen right now whipping up some of those blueberry vanilla muffins or pancakes (and I don't even like pancakes but they look that yummy). I'm an extremely picky eater. Yet the food in this cookbook has left my stomach growling and begging for a taste. Leave out the fish and seafood section and this cookbook would be perfect for me. So congrats Dave, you have made a picky eater WANT to try your anabolic cooking, not an easy feat. Jessica was reviewing:

CarLo I was able to get an idea about this book. All I can say is that the product advertised offers a good alternative to people who want to live a healthier way of life. As what I've known the book provides recipes that will help improve on the muscle mass to achieve the desired physique that men mostly want to have. To be honest, I'm a health conscious person and I want to shape up my muscles fast. When I get to see the cover of the book, at first glance I thought it was more of a "geek guide on how to build muscles". The author of this book should change the cover to be more appropriate to the content. Otherwise, people will think less serious of the book and the content will be overlooked. At least, that's my opinion. Apart from that, the book is great for those who love to eat and shape up muscles at the same it. The other aspects of marketing are quite commendable as well. Like I said, it's a great alternative to healthy living and I'm sure, if not for the cover, more people will buy this book. CarLo was reviewing:

Karen At a glance, $147 for a copy of 'Anabolic Cooking - The Cookbook' seems a bit pricey. But if you actually consider the number of recipes and how beneficial each one is, I think any fitness freak would agree that it's worth it. Instead of wasting precious time and money on trying to put together my own set of healthy, muscle-building and fat-burning recipes that probably aren't very effective, I would rather have this cookbook where I know I've got well-researched and health-conscious recipes at my fingertips. The components, on the other hand, could have been priced a little lower. No doubt, they contain important information that is vital for individuals who want to achieve their fitness dreams; however, I don't think it's worth paying $97 for learning about 'lean muscle mass gains' or 'optimum fat loss' when you could probably find most of that information online for free. It would be a good idea for Anabolic Cooking to offer a discount on the components to customers who wish to purchase The Cookbook, as well as all the components. Karen was reviewing:
