Dave I greatly approve of the concept of DIY bike repair. Bikes go wrong all the time, and if you're having to repair them yourself then it can get very costly pretty quickly. Most of the simple things like changing the tyres or replacing the brake pads are really easy to do and are definitely worth learning. Then there's the fact that your bike can easily develop problems when you're using it, which could leave you really stuck if you don't know how to repair it!

Micaela I liked this website a lot. Yes, it does look a little bit like the typical "sales" websites that you see all over the place, but it has some other points in its favour: very professional looking, the graphics and great, lists all the videos that you'll be getting clearly, has lots of testimonials and even includes the How To Adjust A Rear Derailleur sample video. On the downside it'd say it was a little too long.

Niky Brilliant concept, being able to carry out your own repairs not only saves money but can save the stress of not knowing what the problem is. Video guides are such a good idea as watching something being done is much easier to understand than trying to figure out diagrams

Hrvoje Kids are so lucky today. If only I had this kind of help when I was a kid. I had to learn everything on my own by trial and error. With these kind of videos, everything is just a click away. I definetely agree with Niky below. This kind of help really saves money. Another advantage of this DIY approach is that you're really upgrading your own knowledge, which you can later use for free.
