Joe Another review of the before and after photos! Actually these ones are pretty good. You've got Jon Gabriel himself who gives us a series of photos a few scrolls down the page. The photos don't look faked and they're over a period of 3 years, so at least the claims aren't of a ridiculously rapid weight loss. Scroll through the rest of the page and there are more, and the thing I like about them is that Jon is photographed with them, which gives them much more credibility. So overall a big thumbs up - they seem very believable.

Micaela I'm generally quite suspicious of something that promises you dramatic weight loss without dieting or exercise. It normally ticks the "too good to be true" box. It also says that you can eat as much as you want, and even eat pizza and McDonalds! I would be interested to have a look at the course - just to satisfy my curiosity - but without having seen it, it's too expensive for me to risk it. Has anyone actually bought this?

Daniel It's nice to see a diet guide out there that attempts to bust some of the myths that exist about food and exercise. No doubt this is largely because it was developed by a biochemical researcher! Sadly, there is so much misleading information on the internet these days so it can be very confusing trying to figure out what's best to eat. If this diet sheds light on some unclear facts about food AND helps you to reach a healthy weight, then it has to be worth a purchase!
